How much does a website cost?
A new website starts at $899 CAD, designed from scratch around your business. Until December 31 it’s free when you choose Silver or Gold care. Online stores, booking systems and other bigger builds get a written quote before anything starts. See every price, or what websites cost across Vancouver.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you want ongoing help. Care starts at $39 a month for checks, fixes and the numbers that matter. A website bought on its own needs no plan: keep one, or take the site and its accounts with you.
How long does it take to build a website?
Anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes together. Online stores, booking systems and anything custom take longer. You get the timeline in writing before work starts, and bigger projects can launch in stages.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is always in your name, and so are your content and your data. A website you buy is yours once it’s paid for. A free website on a Silver or Gold plan becomes yours when the plan’s term is done. If we vanished tomorrow, someone else could pick it up. We’d rather you didn’t test that.
Wix or Squarespace, or a custom website?
Builders like Wix and Squarespace are fine for doing it yourself. You trade some speed, design freedom and room to grow for convenience, and you keep paying for the builder. Will my website show up on Google?

Can you fix or redesign the website I already have?

Do you only work in Coquitlam?
We’re based in Coquitlam and work with businesses across the Tri-Cities, Vancouver, Burnaby and the Fraser Valley, and further afield by video. If you’re nearby and it helps, we can meet in person.
Do you do marketing too?
Yes. Local search, Google Business Profile, reviews and content. The bonus: the people running your marketing can also fix the website it points to. See what’s included.
How do payments work?
Your quote sets out the work, the price and the payment schedule. Pay a new website in full, or over 3, 6 or 12 months with no interest once it’s $300 or more. Care plans are billed monthly. Any change in scope is agreed before more work starts.
Who actually does the work?
Troy, plus a small network of collaborators he’s worked with for years, brought in when a project needs them. You’ll always know who is on your job.
Do you use AI?
Of course. We also use calculators. The important part is choosing the right tool and knowing when not to.
Can you work with the software we already use?
Yes. We prefer not rebuilding perfectly good things for no reason.
Do you do the boring responsible stuff?
Unglamorous. Non-negotiable. This is the part of the job nobody puts on a homepage, so here it is on the homepage.
