Terms.
Plain language. These are the terms for using this website, the client portal and the accounts you connect to it.
Who we are
Curveball Creative Studio is a website and marketing studio in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at info@curveballcreativestudio.com.
This website
What's on this site is general information about websites and marketing. A free Site Check is a first look at your public website, not a complete audit, and nothing here promises a particular search ranking or result.
The client portal
Portal accounts are for our clients and the people they invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may pause an account that's being misused.
Accounts you connect
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok or Reddit, you allow us to publish the posts you approve for your business on that account, and to read how they did. Nothing goes out without your approval. You can disconnect any time, from the portal or from the platform's own settings. You're responsible for making sure what you approve is yours to share and follows that platform's rules. How we handle what these platforms share with us is in our privacy notice.
Paid work
Projects, Tune-ups and care plans follow the quote or agreement you accept. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Who owns what
Your content, logos and photos stay yours. You let us use them to do the work you asked for. Our own templates, tools and know-how stay ours.
Limits
We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the website, portal or any platform will always be available. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms, and the date below changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Last updated October 2026.

you need.
A rough idea is enough.
You talk to Troy, not a sales team.
