It all started when life threw us a curveball.
2024The curveball
Just before our wedding in 2024, my wife was in a car accident that left her with physical and neurological injuries she still lives with today. Not long after, the business she ran with a partner closed, and she wasn’t well enough to go back to work.

I couldn’t take her injuries away, but I could build her something to come back to.
So I started building her a website she could run herself, whenever she was ready. That meant learning to code, and I threw myself into it, determined that nothing would stand between her and her work. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being a project and became my passion.
NextThe first Curveball
Word got around, and soon others were asking me to build for them too. One of them was a business investor, and together we dreamed up Curveball, a company that would fix small business websites automatically. That first idea fell through after a month, but I couldn’t let Curveball go.
NowLocal businesses, like hers
I’ve always loved local businesses, and the people who pour everything into them, just like my wife did. They’re who Curveball is for. I’m always learning more about SEO, social media and the web, and I put all of it into helping as many local people as I can get found in their own communities, without the big price tags other agencies charge.
AlwaysGiving back
And it doesn’t stop at websites. As a Christian, giving back matters to me, and part of what Curveball earns goes to local missions through our church, supporting those in need.
